Visibly excited to have a feel of what could ultimately be an official residence for any three of them, the finalists were taken round the facility by officials of Manet Properties. The contestants also “got their hands dirty” with some building materials that were being used for construction of the Miss Ghana Official House. Dr. Theresa Beeko, CEO of Manet and her team reiterated that ‘Manet identifies with the Miss Ghana vision of beauty with a purpose and were glad to come on board.

Financing a Devtraco property can be done in two ways. The self financing route where the client pays in installments as the building process progresses as follows:
– 25% of the cost price as initial deposit at the execution of the agreement
– 25% of the cost price 90 days after the initial deposit
– 25% of the cost price at the roof level
– 25% of the cost price on completion of construction
Otherwise, we also have arrangements with mortgage loan providers such as Ghana Home Loans, Home Finance Company (HFC), Fidelity Bank and Stanbic Bank.
